Her background spans seven years in business development, high-value negotiation, and client relations — building and scaling relationships across competitive markets. She also founded and grew Kasthetix Beauty into an established intimate Manhattan studio-salon, developing firsthand expertise in operations, financial discipline, and building premium experiences from the ground up.
